I faced a similar issue with GoDaddy a year ago. Ensure your SSL certificate, intermediate certificate, and private key are correctly installed, and check for mixed content. If the problem persists, consider purchasing an SSL certificate from another authority. As per my experience, I will go to https://certera.com and the second I will suggest https://cheapsslweb.com Hope this will work for you!
