I made it myself, starting with JoomStarter from kevinsguides.com. If it would help, I can post my template's index.php file to see why it's loading all those Bootstrap resources to begin with.

There is an option in the base JoomStarter template to include HTMLHelper::_('bootstrap.framework'); in your index.php file, which would load all of Bootstrap. He advises not to include that if you don't have to, because it would include a lot of optional Bootstrap plugins that you probably wouldn't need. I did not add that line, but my site is acting as though I did.
