General Questions/New to Joomla! 4.x • Joomla: 500 error after updating extensions

Greetings

i am running J4 and gantry 5

I tried to upgrade my extensions using typical extension manager upgrade process

I clicked upgrade all and I got the following error and screenshot error:

Sorry, there was a problem we could not recover from.
The server returned a "500 - Whoops, looks like something went wrong."

Help me resolve this

Any idea why this is happening?


**** UPDATE:
It looks like my extensions were updated so MAYBE some of the extensions that could not update gave this error?
